Eligibility Criteria

1. Age not more than 24 years for B.E. / B.tech, & 26 years for M.Tech., as on 30-09-2010.

2. First division in Class X, XII and Engineering.

3. Must have cleared all subjects in X and XII in first attempt.

4. Not more than one-year gap between XII and Engineering. No other break in regular course of studies is allowed.

5. Must have cleared all subjects of BE in first attempt. (Should not have any standing backlog on the date of campus selection and at the time of joining).

6. 10+2+4 candidates only will be allowed (no diploma entry engineers)

Remuneration Details

Unique three stage package as detailed below:

1. 3 lacs during Training Period (First Six Months)

2. 3.3 Lacs during Probation (Next Six Months)

3. 3.63 Lacs on Confirmation (After One Year of Joining)

In addition to the above, they will also be entitled to Retention Bonus of Rs. 1.55 lacs spread over 42 months as below:

• After 18 Months of Joining: Rs. 40,000

• After 30 Months of Joining: Rs. 50,000

• After 42 Months of Joining: Rs. 65,000
